EBMM Annual Membership Form
1.
Membership
of EBMM:
1.1. Membership
of EBMM shall be open to all Maharashtrian and marathi speaking people
living in and around East Bay area in Northern California. Executive
Committee may allow membership to Maharashtrian or Marathi speaking
people from other geographical areas on case to case basis as deemed
fit.
1.2. The
annual membership fee of EBMM shall be as follows:
1.2.1.
Family
Membership: $20/- (Twenty) per family per annum (Husband,
Wife & Children).
1.2.2.
Couple
Membership: $15/- (Fifteen) per couple per annum. (Husband &
Wife)
1.2.3.
Individual Membership: $10/- (Ten) per individual per annum.
(Single individuals)
1.2.4. Student
Membership: $5/- (Five) per student per annum. (Typically
individuals on F1 Student Visa or student staying away from parents.)
1.2.5.
Senior
Citizen Membership: $4/- (Four) per senior citizen (Age 65
and above) per annum.
1.3. Annual
membership fee will be due on 1st of January every year.
1.4. The
payment of annual membership fee will keep the members in good standing
and entitle them to membership of EBMM for one calendar year beginning
on 1st January and ending on 31st December every year or part thereof.
1.5. New
member can join EBMM any time of the year by paying full annual
membership fee as specified above.
1.6. Expired
membership can be renewed at any time of the year by paying full annual
membership fee. However, if any member fails to pay the membership dues
within three months from the due date, EBMM President may order that the
member be denied the privileges of membership until the member pays the
dues in full. If a member does not pay the membership dues for more
than six months from the due date, his/her membership shall
automatically cease.
1.7. Membership
shall not be transferable.
1.8. It
shall be the responsibility of every member to keep his or her
membership information such as name, address, email address, contact
numbers etc… up-to-date in the records of EBMM at all times.
