EBMM Library
Rules & Guidelines

Library
Membership Fee:
$10 per family per year for EBMM
paid members & $15
per family per year for non EBMM members.

Library Deposit:
$20 per family for EBMM
paid members and $25
for non EBMM members.

Return:
EBMM library material issued should be returned within 2 weeks from
the issuance date. New material won't be issued unless and until
the previously issued material is returned back.

Loss or Damage:
If the material is found lost or damaged, a minimum fine of $10 will
be charged.

Renewal:
The material may be renewed for two more weeks before the due date.

While returning
the material, it should be handed over to the designated library
person only and should not be left in a mailbox or any where else.

Late Fee:
Late fee shall be charged at $0.50 per day after the due date of
Library Material.

hours:

Library will be
open every Friday 6:30 pm. to 8:30 pm.

Weekdays and
Saturday by prior appointment ONLY.

Library will
remain closed on EBMM event days and some common US Holidays / long
weekends. (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New year's Day, Memorial Day,
Labor Day...) If the library is closed, an alternative library date
for that week will be conveyed through e-mail to all the members.
